Babies Being Born Behind Bars

I need the final paper to support the introduction and thesis statement. I would prefer you to use my introduction but you can modify it if needed. I will also upload sources although you may use other sources to support my stance on allowing mothers to stay with their babies in prison. The thesis must list the following items: title page, abstract, 15 pages of text (double-spaced), annotated bibliography, and footnotes.
