Intraprofessional Collaboration

 In this scenario, my preceptor, a nurse leader, displayed a collaborative approach when working with the intraprofessional team. The team consisted of nurses, nurse practitioners, and other nursing staff involved in the direct care of the patient. To facilitate effective teamwork, my preceptor emphasized open communication and mutual respect among team members.

I observed my preceptor conducting regular team meetings where all members had the opportunity to share their perspectives, concerns, and ideas.
