1. Porter’s Five Forces Model

You are going to start-up a new restaurant chain that will sell hamburgers. Your business will integrate IT innovation so customers can tailor their food for pick-up, delivery or just to eat out at your place of business. During your business planning, indicate how you would use Porter’s Five Forces model and how you would make a plan using each force. Please explain how each force will help your business.

2. Define what an ERP system is and what it is used for. List at least 3 pros and 3 cons of an ERP system.

3.Define the methodology of the System-Development Life Cycle and purpose; explain each of its phases.

4. Understand what is meant by privacy and how privacy is either “given-up” by technology or is it “increasingly” being improved with technology. Is a non-obvious relationship awareness ethical? What are the advantages? What are the disadvantages?
