identify a topic of interest to them in the field of management. Students should write a report of approximately 5-6 pages (not including the references) on the chosen topic. Students should refer to at least 5 articles on the topic from established, business magazines, journals, or periodicals. The report should cover each of the following sections and each section should be incorporated in separate paragraphs:

1. a brief introduction of the topic
2. explain the reason/ motivation as to why you selected this topic
3. the significance of the chosen topic in todays work environment
4. explain how each of the 5 articles relate to the chosen topic. in this paragraph explain your understanding of the topic based on each of the five articles
5. implications for employees, managers/leaders, and organizations
6. conclusion focusing on what was learned about the topic from the reading.
