In your final report, you must identify a problem, challenge, or need in your current workplace, school, home life, or the country’s workforce at large. After identifying this problem or challenge, you must then suggest a potential course of action to resolve or address the challenge. The challenge must not currently be in place. Your report should persuasively suggest your chosen course of action and be supported with relevant evidence from scholarly and professional research.

Your chosen course of action must be clearly explained so that a lay audience can understand your suggestion. If your suggestion exists at other companies, businesses, or schools, please make sure to address its origins. You must provide a rationale for your course of action. Your rationale should help prove why your suggested course of action should “pass.” Your report must include a minimum of three (3) scholarly sources. At least two (2) of those sources should be used in the rationale section of your report.
