Your supervisor has requested that you present a client’s case for peer review by your coworkers at your monthly meeting. You must create a 1,200-1,600-word case study that describes your client’s case. Include the following information in your case study:

Describe a family member struggling with substance use.
Include factors that may have led to the substance use as well as those that contributed to substance use.
From a systemic theoretical perspective, share how other family members are impacted, including those who may enable or accommodate the substance use.
Compare how an individually focused perspective would be different and how this perspective has changed over time.
Indicate barriers to recovery including biopsychosocial influences. How does the associated stigma contribute to the patterns of behavior?
