Research your topic; choose a topic that interests you, not one that is overly broad.
If you need assistance with your topic, ask. Your level of interest in the topic will reflect the amount of effort and overall result of your paper, including your grade.
Gather information from URLs, newspapers, publications, scholarly journals, and/or books. Use search engines such as Google, Bing or Yahoo. Pay attention to domain name extensions, e.g. .edu (educational institution), .gov (government), or .org (non-profit organization).
Include your thesis; a concise statement (main idea) of the central points of your paper. Your thesis statement will consist of arguments to support and defend your paper.
Write your paper, in your own words, do not plagiarize! There should be some logical organization and support given to your thesis statement.
