Universities are gender-fair? Hopefully, an enlightened academic atmosphere emphasizing knowledge and equality would show gender equality. Test this assumption by looking at the listings of both faculty and staff on campus (department websites, the university phone book are good places to start). Who are the full, associate, and assistant professors; the cleaning staff; the secretaries; etc? Using the faculty/staff directory, record the percentages of women and men in each occupational category and the reasons why you think they are weighted more for men or women (gender norms, social role expectations, biases in hiring, qualifications, etc.).
