Research procedure

this is for my qualitative research paper which will be attached.

Class, you need to have a rough survey done so we can turn it into the IRB next week. It needs to be a printed survey (you can put it into an online form later) Here are three examples of surveys that I have done. Feel free to copy the style. Remember you need to ask at least one question that can group your sample into 2 groups, at least one question that can group your sample into 3 or more groups and then also several scale questions. Make sure one scale question is a demographic such as age, income, how much time do you use social media, etc. and then make other scale questions on a likert type scale (how much do you like Pitt State on a scale from 1-7).

Before you begin, let me assure you that all of the information you give me is confidential, and none of it will be released in any way that would permit the identification of you or your family. The results will aid in the understanding of how individuals receive and use information about the National Football League. Of course, your participation is voluntary and should only take about ten minutes of your time.

If you are not 18 years of age or older, please do not fill out this survey.
