1-You will be asked to write a paper on a health issue
2-You might choose to write about a close relative’s/ or your own health related cognitions/ behaviors or health problem. The paper needs to be 4 pages, typed (Double space, Times New Roman, 12-point font).
3-Introduction
Your paper should include at least introduction, including purpose of the paper, and literature review,
Case Description
Background (including nationality, gender, age, religion, disability, culture, etc.),
Case History
Case history, family history and psychosocial history (including model of illness, stressors, strengths, social supports, help-seeking)
Treatment sought and effectiveness of treatment, how can you help the patient to deal with his/ her illness
Conclusion
Restate your thesis statement and summarize the main points. In addition,
consider broader issues, make new connections, and elaborate on the significance of your findings

All refences in-text should be listed in reference list; references not cited in text should not be included in reference list
