The concepts like Soft skills, employable skills, and life skills have got tremendous importance these days. A very few undergraduate and post-graduate students have soft skills and employable skills t. So they cannot be efficiently employed as they lack these skills. There are opportunities available for them, but students lack soft skills and employable skills, they may have domain knowledge/content knowledge.
