Real Estate Business is a field I would really want to major in because I live around a learning institution which is a university. My business idea is aimed at satisfying the needs of those students who do not get the opportunity to acquire rooms in the university premises and also those who wish to stay in their own space. There is need to begin constructing rental houses that suit the needs and budget of the students. The service I intend to offer is to rent space for accommodation for students who intend to live outside school premises but around the school vicinity with strict adherence to the university directives(Jesse Torres, n.d.). This business idea has a higher possibility of working successfully because the university will always remain running and the students will keep on joining the university while others graduate.

This business idea will be profitable because there is a constant flow of cash and the students will have a choice of either paying annually or monthly. Rental houses are also a major investment asset that will remain for many years and its profits and existence can be passed on to other young generations. This idea is likely to face the effect of competitions because many people are investing in the Real Estate Business and the quality is the weapon that will help in keeping the business on the run. Resources required is the availability of land and expertise personnel to undertake the construction with existence of enough construction equipment and materials. There is need for me to consult with effective construction company to handle the contract and link with the university in familiarizing the students with the new premise.
