Paper Instructions:

Each student will submit a paper (minimum 10 text pages; maximum 12 pages, not counting bibliography or end notes) on a topic to be decided by the following process.

Paper Mechanics—your final paper must include AT LEAST  30 sources including three law review articles. Under the online format, you may use all sources from digital form; or you may use a mix of digital and hard copy sources.  In addition to these, you may also use cases, books, periodicals, newspapers and other materials. Your paper must be typed, double-spaced, regular size type (for computers, use 12 point font),  and regular spacing.. Use a consistent form of citation.  Pages must be numbered starting with the second page of text numbered as page 2.  Include a title page (with your name on it) as your cover page.  It is required that you include a section labeled  “Introduction” and a section “Conclusion” in your paper.  Include a bibliography.  (Bibliography pages should be numbered consistently with the other pages, but not counted as part of your 10/15 pages of text.)
