Write an email for the committee members

I want you to help me write an email for the committee members of my department at the University of Toledo. The reason for my email is because I did not pass the qualifying exams of real analysis many times.

My situation is as follows:

I was a Ph.D. student at Bowling Green State University.
Then, I decided to transfer to the University of Toledo. Before I applied to the University of Toledo, I met, in 2016, the Chair Dr. White, Dr. Chen, and Dr. Liu because I had two important questions. The first question was about should statistic students take the real analysis qualifying exam? Dr. White said no. The second question was about can I take the oral exam before taking the qualifying exams? Dr. White said yes.
Then, I applied to the University of Toledo and got accepted in Fall 2016.
Then, Dr. White and Dr. Zhang told me to take the real analysis qualifying exam. Dr. Zhang told me that I just need to pass the master level. Note that I am a statistician student and I took the real analysis qualifying exam with math students and the committee expects me to do well like them. I appreciate their offer by letting me repeated the exam many times. Also, I would like to inform you that I passed the statistics qualifying exam.
Then, Dr. Martin told me I do not need to repeat the exam again if I will find an adviser that can take me to do my dissertation. I emailed Dr. Liu, Dr. Chen, and Dr. Zang. Dr. Chen emailed me on date.. and she agreed. I was working with her and she gave birth. Then, Dr. Chen emailed, date, said she is too busy which means to find another advisor then she said yes in date. Then, yesterday Dr. marten told sent me “Dr. Chen as you remember last year sponsored such request to the committee, but at the moment I do not have a sponsor”.
Note: I had reading classes with Dr. Chen about a paper and she does not like what I have done on them because at that time I was stress and I lost my scholarship from Saudi Arabian Cultural Mission from my country because I did not finish on time because of the real qualifying exams. Also, I spent a lot of my time preparing for the real qualifying exams.
Note the scholarship provided the student and all accompanying dependants with a monthly stipend for living expenses, clothing, and books, as well as travel expenses and comprehensive medical and partial dental insurance coverage.
Note that I am a mother of 4 kids and my husband was a student and he graduated in Spring 2020.
I want from the committee to offer an advisor for me to do my dissertation. I do not want to take the exam again.
Note I have reserved a job in my home county and I do not want to lose it, but I need to get my Ph.D. first so I need their help to accomplish my dream.
I want you to explain everything to them and convince them that I am a good student and I can do it, please.
