White Paper Policy Topic: Must be a topic related to a policy issue consistent with the goals and objectives of this course. (Emergency Management)
Abstract: An abstract summarizing the proposed topic. Make sure you provide information about the topic that indicates your ability to adapt the topic to the required format. You must also indicate that you completed some preliminary research on the topic. A few sentences or even one paragraph is insufficient for this task. It may take as much as a whole page to explain your topic.
References: A list of four relevant scholarly references (see above) that will be used in the paper with full citation.
