A professional development plan

So I have to do a professional development plan. In a Microsoft Word Doc of 5-6 pages in APA format develop strategies plan to aid my transition into the role of a professional nurse. In the paper discuss factors influencing my decision to obtain a BSN. Discuss how the role of the baccalaureate differs from my current role as a associate degree nurse. Describe new opptthat may be available after degree completion. I also have to examine one of 2 models of socialization discussed in our reading and place myself in one of the stages and give rationale for that placement. Also identify 2 professional short term goals as well as 2 long term goals. Expound upon the challenges and barriers faced in pursuit of those goals. And identify mentors and support systems to aid me in overcoming the challenges and barriers necessary to achieve goals. On separate reference page cite all sources using APA format.

Yes that’s all I have. As far as experience goes I’m a registered nurse with 14 years experience. I currently work in the OR. I have 2 years experience in perioperative services, 6 years in ER, 4 years Endoscopy, and 2 years in Xray.

2 Short term goals would be to get my BSN and my CNOR certification. Long term goals would be obtain Masters in Healthcare Administration and not sure about another one.
