IDEA Procedural Safeguard # 1 Free and Appropriate Public Education (FAPE)

Based on what you have learned about FAPE, in the first sentence clearly tell me if this is acceptable or not, and then explain why or why not. Please be very clear- you have to make one choice or the other. You will need to research the total school budget for the district you have chosen and with a sentence or two, tell me what your district would do with this situation. For the budget I am just looking for that you know where and what it is, and, would your school district have a problem paying this amount of money from their budget?
