Design and construct a research instrument (a questionnaire or a test or an inventory) for the research proposed in Assignment 1.   The number of statements or questions for the instrument is between 15 to 20 items.  The instrument could consist of the following sections:

Section 1:        Respondent biodata

Section 2:        The items related to the variables/construct (15 – 20 items).  This section can be divided into sub-sections according to constructs.

Students can modify, adjust or adapt the existing instrument which suits the focus of the study as proposed in Assignment 1.
