Why I would be a good fit for medical school

What qualities can I bring to medical school? Please include the following:

Service Orientation- bringing initiatives such as partnerships with local companies to sponsor community outreach programs that implement pop up clinics for the areas that are medically underserved
Cultural Competence- as a teacher I have students from different backgrounds and being able to effectively deliver health care services that meet the social, cultural, and linguistic needs of patients and students. A culturally competent health care system can help improve health outcomes and quality of care, and can contribute to the elimination of racial and ethnic health disparities.
Teamwork- working in the job force I believe in having great group dynamics. (PLEASE INCLUDE BENEFITS OF TEAMWORK)
Oral Communication- as a teacher I have to have an open line of communication with my students at all times. Being able to relay clear instructions gives me an edge and this will allow me to have a good communication with students, faculty, and staff and essentially physicians and patients.
Ethical Responsibility to Self and Others- I will uphold my fellow classmates to the same standards because being morally equipped is a quality to have as a student and a physician.
