6. Make sure your content follows these instructions & the assignment rubric
7. Use Topic Information, Mobilize, Assess, & Plan attached as PPT slide content headings.

8. Follow each of the MAP questions at the top of each of their pages to help guide and therefore create your MAP public health intervention.

9. You DO NOT have to use ALL of the MAP Questions; Use the questions that relate to your phi. (Doing this will allow you to complete your MTE correctly.)
10. Each page has detailed descriptions, examples, and resources to help and guide you. Use them to create a realistic public health intervention based on your chosen topic.

11. Reading the ‘MAP’ information will help you understand how this framework is used.
12. Your midterm exam document will consist of you creating your own realistic MAP (M= Mobilize, A= Assess, P= Plan) path for success by planning a public health intervention PPT.
5. You are not required to include the IT portion of the MAP-IT framework in your public health intervention, however, reading the information will help you understand the entire framework.
6. The public health intervention you create must be REALISTIC. So, create your MAP as if you were going to present it to your co-workers and/or people that could benefit from the information.
7. Remember, the MAP framework is a real tool that helps our communities & nation become healthier.
