Immigration and the Northern Triangle of Central America: What to Do?

Answer the research question. In the paper, I need the origins and justifications for the massive immigration towards the United State from Central American countries. I need the historical events that pushed its citizens away as well as the humanitarian crises. It is also necessary to talk about corruption and the escalating drug wars in these countries.
Another question that needs to be answered is: Is there a justification under the American law for these refugees?
The last question is: What should we do and what is the solution?
I am pro-immigration and I am trying to prove why with evidence. However, I believe it is necessary to cover both negative and positive views.
