Melting pot

The topic of this journal is the idea that the United States is a “melting pot.” For this journal, I want you to tell me which parts of your home culture you think the U.S. should adopt and add to its dominant culture. What from your culture do you wish Americans would integrate into their culture? Examples could include food, holidays, clothing, traditions, etc. Do NOT talk about religion. You will talk about religion in another journal later in the semester.
