Nutrition Cultural Report

Each student will choose a country / region / culture to research and write a brief written report (3 to 5 pages of written text – not including bibliography, not including photographs and not including food review) that examines food in the chosen country / region / culture; its cultural significance, nutritional adequacy, and other unique aspects. The paper should be written in APA style. South has resources to assist in writing APA style. I chose Italy as my country
