Write a paper that explores the concepts of communication in healthcare. You will need to research therapeutic & professional communication concepts in healthcare to support your paper. Use the following as Level I headings (per APA) and as topics to address in your paper.

Criteria:

  • Additional resources must be reputable (if unsure, ask) and less than 5 years old (>5 yr is acceptable if for historical purposes)
  • All sources whether paraphrased or directly quoted MUST be cited in text and on the reference page
  • No long quotes/ 1 or less short quotes allowed – the rest the information must be paraphrased and cited
