• Provide examples of specific databases that can be used to ensure that the organization meets accreditation standards and are able to create intervention initiatives.
• How can the information be used to assess population health needs, conduct a marketing assessment, evaluate health care outcomes, make predictions, and improve the overall quality of health care provided?

  • What changes do you think you could make in your intake to get closer to the recommended guidelines? Would this change be easy or hard for you to do? Why?
