Mediating Differences between the Capulets and the Montagues

The story of Romeo and Juliet is famous to the point that when there are family-related disagreements, there is always the comparison to the two families in Shakespeare’s plays. (Of course, from the Old West, you may have heard references to the Hatfields and the McCoys or the Earps and the Clanton & McClaury clans.

This week you get to fix it all. Write 2-3 paragraphs as a mediator who has been hired to address and resolve the conflict. What would you do?
