Secondary school student facing a problem

As a school counselor in regular secondary school. You have to design your study about a student who is facing one of the possible problems at school (choose one problem only):

Depression
Bullying
Anxiety
Eating Disorders
Chronic Illnesses: Diabetes, Asthma etc…
Social Withdrawal
In your study you have to also provide the following:
• History of the client,
• Current problems;
• Suggested Solutions: Cognitive and Behavioral Techniques;
• Procedures: Identifying Triggering Thoughts, List of negative thoughts List of positive thoughts, Using your thoughts to change your mood; how your thoughts affect your mood, working with the ABC method; how your activities affect your mood, personal goals.
• Transcript: Excerpts of three therapy sessions for a group of three and two excerpts for a group of two.
