Whether people should learn foreign languages?

All academic papers must be written in third person. Get rid of all first and second person pronouns. All sources must be of academic nature. 6-8 sources required and a minimum of 7-8 pages ( BODY of PAPER) are required for this paper. No sources older than 2010 will be accepted All papers must present a solid argument and a counter claim to that argument, with internal HEADINGS, PER APA REQUIREMENTS All papers must cite in text. A paper of this size should have minimal quoted material (2-3 quotes MAX). Use paraphrase and summary and be sure to include an in-text citation. There is NO ABSTRACT IN THE MOST CURRENT APA STYLE. I realize the sample paper video has that; please skip the abstract part altogether.
