Analyze the Impact of Policy

Research the implementation of state and district policies within your educational organization that have significant public scrutiny and may be potentially controversial. Examples would include, but are not limited to, a new policy on bullying, the dress code, or academic requirements for graduation.

Based on your findings, identify a policy area that is of special interest to you. Then, write a policy impact analysis in which you address the following:

Describe the policy you selected.
What major groups (students/parents/higher education/ business/teachers/administrators) are most impacted by this new policy?
How was the policy introduced and discussed?
How was input from persons potentially impacted gathered by the school district or organization? (If this was not done, how would you recommend it should be done in subsequent endeavors?)
What do you recommend be handled differently to gain the necessary support so implementation would be successful? (If implementation was successful, explain why.)
Length: 5-7 pages; include at least 3 scholarly resources.
