Create an “acronym for leadership” that includes the traits and characteristics you feel are the foundation for ethics-based leadership in health care. Create the ‘acronym’ and then provide a comment on how the term applies to your views on ethics-based leadership. For example, your acronym may include the letter “A”. You believe that “A” stands for “Accountability (or another “A” word.) Follow up that statement with a short description of how you see accountability. You may include an “I will” statement such as: A – Accountability I will: Adhere to the mission, vision, and values of the organization. Align my words, performance, and appearance with the policies of the organization. Be responsible for my attitude and actions.Present your acronym in PPT format (e.g. one slide per letter).
