Scholarly Paper: Current Issues and Challenges in Higher education

This assignment is designed to facilitate individual student research interests related to challenges regarding higher education personnel. Students are free to choose a topic of interest that identifies a real, current, issue. Students are encouraged to begin the assignment early and to use other sources of information (e.g., interviews or other data to which they have legal and ethical access) besides the required literature. This paper should be 10 to 12 pages in length in APA 6th edition format, contain less than 5 direct quotations, and utilize a minimum of 10 independent scholarly references. The 10 minimum sources can include the articles chosen for the article review/critique assignments). Although required texts (from any program courses) may be used as sources as well, they will not count toward the minimum 10.
