The unit manager just came from a meeting in which these data were presented by the Director of Case Management, the Director of Risk Management, the Infection Control Nurse, and the Vice President for Patient Care Services (CNO). The manager plans to take this information to the multidisciplinary task force, but first wants additional data. She turns to you and several other senior nurses for help. Make a step-by-step plan of action to measure the problem
