Create/write a clinical vignette or scenario of the interaction between a clinician in your chosen profession, or desired profession,and a patient from the culture you chose. For the second part of the paper the use reading: Quality Care for Diverse Populations as a guide. Include at least one of the following tools: LEARN, BATHE, TRANSLATE, or ETHNIC in your vignette.
It must be minimum of 5 pages length (not counting title or reference pages). Provide a brief cultural overview then present the vignette. An excellent vignette will also address collaboration among other professional disciplines. Example how does the physical therapist, PA, audiologist work together collaboratively as a team to provide high quality culturally appropriate interaction between patient and providers. Also, be sure that you use references when appropriate. APA formatting is preferred but not required except in referencing.

L-Listen with sympathy and understanding to the patient’s perception of the problem
e- Explain your perceptions of the problem and your strategy for treatment.
A-Acknowledge and discuss the differences and similarities between these perceptions.
R- Recommend treatment while remembering the patient’s cultural parameters.
N-Negotiate agreement. It is important to understand the patient’s explanatory model so that medical treatment fits in their cultural framework.
