Change management

For this assignment, write a 2 – 3 page paper (Word document, 12 pt font, Times New Roman, double spaced) describing a change that followed Kotter’s eight step change process. This could be a change that occurred in your community, your organization, in politics, etc. Give specific examples to explain each step of the process. If you have trouble coming up with your own idea for this paper, another option for this assignment is to watch the movie “Remember the Titans.” In the movie, Coach Herman Boone takes a segregated team and community and leads them through the change process to become united. Explain how Coach Boone facilitated this change by using Kotter’s eight steps of change management.
