Analyze Organizational Norms

Prepare a report for AMAZON’s executive leaders on your findings, including the following:

Describe the informal rules engrained within the organization that you have experienced or observed first-hand (or found substantial evidence for in your evaluation). Explain how organizational members learned and applied these rules, and then indicate how these influence the organization’s culture.

Assess how leadership can utilize this information in order to build organizational capacity. Reflect on the organizational structure as support or hindrance to organizational capacity.

Be sure to include actionable steps the leaders can take to address any of the issues discovered in your evaluation.
