Pets and their relationship with humans within Archetypal Psychology

Demonstrated understanding of principles of Archetypal Psychology and Psychology as the Discipline of Interiority, demonstrated capacity to integrate course material as it relates to student’s research (James Hillman, C.G. Jung, W. Giegerich ) and coherent, professional, and clinically astute writing.

The topic I am thinking would be exploring the archetypal symbolism of dogs, maybe discussing human animal connection, greek myths that have to do with dogs (i.e. golden hound and zeus, Cerberus, Greek goddess Hecate), any jungian or alchemic topics that may tie in.
