I will strive to foster positive relationships, build trust, and promote a sense of belonging among all students (Brown, 2019). This will involve incorporating diverse perspectives, cultures, and experiences into the curriculum and encouraging collaboration and empathy among students.

Providing Access to Resources and Support Services

Recognizing the lack of resources and support systems available to families living in poverty, I will work closely with community organizations and social service agencies to connect families with essential resources such as food assistance, healthcare, and counseling services (Cholin, 2005).
